Outstanding expertise, special customer management, continuous improvement, and a digital office system to be introduced soon. There is something to be proud of by the MASC accounting office which celebrated its 15th birthday on Thursday. And, of course, to their satisfied customers, who can enjoy the fruits of these.
Where is that little office in Nádorváros, where the MASC accounting office started from…? As the company’s owner-managing director, Zoltán Marczali showed in his festive reckoning, light years away. However, the company manager did not forget where he came from, how the success story of the company began, and also shared with the guests that at the time he was motivated to start his own business by nothing more than a star – the star of a Mercedes E-Klasse, which he admired enviously at the time only from the passenger seat… Since then, he has exceeded the target several times, and MASC has now grown into one of the city’s dominant accounting offices.
All this has now been celebrated together by MASC staff and partners, who were able to spend a joyful evening in the restaurant Viator in Pannonhalma, with quality abbey wines, delicious snacks and pleasant melodies.
„I had to learn to trust”
The value of MASC’s flexible and customized services is demonstrated by the ever-expanding customer base. “All of our successful services are based on the Team, I work with: the professional experience, qualifications and vocation of my colleagues. Our real strength is in professional knowledge, I believe that we can gain a long-term market advantage only by that,” said Zoltán Marczali, who introduced individually the staff of MASC to the invitees. Nothing proves the above mentioned more than the fact, that AUDI Hungaria has been one of their partners for 10 years, where they responsible for the personal, social security and tax affairs of more than 11,000 workers. “Being able to meet the highest European standards in the long term, is a guarantee of our work in itself,” the executive said.
His speech didn’t lack a personal confession either. “First of all, I had to learn to trust myself to dare to make a decision. Then I had to learn to trust others to be more efficient. They became my colleagues. Then I experienced and lived the great feeling of being trusted by others. They became our clients. Being on either side is not easy, but it’s very uplifting,” Zoltán Marczali said, referring to the past fifteen years that was a great journey of the not only for his business, but also for himself…

MZ/X, a digital customer- and document management system, is a revolutionary way to make the work of their partners easier. The new innovative “digital office” project will make it quicker and easier to connect with customers who can now keep up to date with their tax affairs.
„The essence of the system is that it is no longer necessary to personally enter our office with invoices – we have customers from who we receive 40,000 pieces a year – but they can be delivered to us in digital form, and we start dealing with them immediately. All customers can upload their photographed, scanned or filed documents to a secure storage created for them. They can do that anytime and anywhere. Thus, we can continuously process the data and provide them with up-to-date turnover and other information, according to their needs. This makes the work more comfortable and predictable for our partners and also for us,” – Zoltán Marczali outlined the essence of the new system. MZ/X will soon be complemented by a mobile app that makes the necessary administration even easier, and later a “digital archives” service will complete the system that meet the most modern requirements.
„Cifra” help for value preservation
The social role of MASC Ltd., with which the company stood to a good cause, could not be left out of the ceremony: it supports the Cifra Workshop Association. On the birthday, the invited guests also had a glimpse into the work of the traditionalist association. “The journey of showing that Hungary must be at the forefront of one thing: cultural heritage, began with the purchase of the beautiful hand-painted furnishings of a clean room in Kalotaszeg. MASC helps us passing our valuable and entertaining programs to as many people as possible – kindergartens and schools,” – said Gábor Deésy, head of the association.
