Monika is one of the oldest colleague of the Győr office, as she works with the company since 2008. She feels that her work is very varied, every day presents a new challenge for her thanks to the complex clientele. Monika takes a special pleasure in the team: she sees it as everyone is creative, good in solving problems, so that, together there are no impossible tasks. In her view, team-building programs where all the collagues can spend a day together and can get to know each other better, those programs ads a lot to deepen team spirit. After such a program, working together will also be smoother.
